Yoga Photo Shoot Session

This is from my latest shoot i did with Cassandra. I wanted to do a yoga themed photo shoot, so i went with it! Found Cassandra from a local yoga group on facebook and we booked the shoot. This is by far one of the best images ive done in quite some time now! This was taken at Gilgo Beach, Long island. And YES!!! Those are the real clouds!

Lake George Panorama

After the Poconos trip, we went straight to Lake George, NY where i took this panorama of Lake George in HDR. Notice in the middle of the image, its raining!

Waterfalls Photo Shoot

My gf and her mother baught the guys in the family the NASCAR Experience at Pocono Raceway for a christmas gift, so our date was in July. While we went to the Pocono's, i had a photo shoot set up with a friend, first we shot his car, and then we wanted to go by a waterfall setting so his gf can pose and i can add some great images to my portfolio. This was a little place called Buttermilk Falls. Amazing scenery, wish i could live by a place like this. But this was my favorite image from the shoot, hope you like it!

Beautiful Sunset at Sunken Meadow Park

My girlfriend and I took a short trip out to Sunken Meadow Park here on Long Island so i can do some sunset photography. Found a nice place over by a jetty and set up my tripod with my camera. I also had my gopro doing a timelapse as well. I just love the colors of the sunset, theres just so many! So what better way to capture that? An HDR image. Here's what i came up with!

Thunderstorm Timelapse

I know im posting all in one day, but i want to get my content out there!

A thunderstorm had pasted by the area and i wanted to take a timelapse of the passing clouds with my GoPro Hero 2 that i just picked up. Nothing special, but its still a neat video!

Milky Way Images

If you refer back to the video i posted up before this post, i showed you how you can make an old EQ mount work to your advantage. Now me and my girlfriend took a trip out to Cherry Springs State Park in Pennsylvania just to do some astrophotography. I couldnt have asked for a better night sky at all! Waited a while for the milky way to rise, but it was well worth it! Here are the best shots i took from that night:

Custom EQ Mount for DSLR

So i picked up a meade telescope with an EQ mount from craigslist so i can make a custom EQ mount for my canon dslr camera. I wanted to make this mount so i can do long exposure photography of the heavens above. Here's the video with what you will need to make your own in case you have an eq mount laying around! Enjoy!

WWII Photo Shoot

Back a few months ago i did a photo shoot at the American Air Power Museum in Farmingdale, NY. Had a blast! Here's a quick video clip of Sarah posing on one of the tanks that they have at the museum!
